It Will Be A Hoppity Time at COOL on March 28th

Hop On Over and Have Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at COOL

On Saturday, March 28 th , the Knights of Columbus #11188 and Columbian Squires, Circle #4624 will be sponsoring their annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny followed by an Easter Egg Hunt. The breakfast will be served from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and will include a choice of pancakes or french toast along with sausage, applesauce, and beverage. The cost of the "All You Can Eat" meal is just $5 for adults, $3 for children (ages 2-12), while kids under 2 eat free ( the Knights now accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express!) . The Easter Egg Hunt is for toddlers to 12 year olds and starts around 11:00 AM. Egg-hunters should bring their own baskets. To make it fair, there will be separate egg hunts for the various age groups and except for toddlers, parents are not allowed to participate. Prizes will be awarded to those individuals finding the Special Eggs . There will also be pictures with the Easter Bunny, balloon creations by Chris the Balloon Guy, face painting, coloring, and a raffle just for the kids. Knights of Columbus Fish Fry's for 2015 Begin February 20th

Knights of Columbus Fish Fry 2015 Knights of Columbus Lenten Fish Fries Coming Soon!

We have the best Fish Fry's in the area!

Lenten meals will be served the first five Fridays * during Lent: February 20 th , 27 th , March 6 th , 13 th , and 20 th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Stations of the Cross will follow at 7:15PM.

Dinner:  $8 for adults (single serving) or upgrade to the " All You Can Eat " # meal at $10 per person. Children ages 3-12 are $4, kids under 3 eat free. Meals to go are available Coming Feb.27 th : credit card payments!

Meal includes:  Fried and/or baked fish, salad, fries OR macaroni & cheese, green beans ( NEW! ), homemade coleslaw, applesauce, roll, drink (punch/water/coffee/tea), and choice of freshly baked desserts. Kid's meals can consist of mac & cheese and other items for those who do not care for fish.

The Columbian Squires, Circle #4624, will be selling ice cold pop for 75¢ a can.

Come to the Church of Our Lady and fulfill your Lenten obligation while enjoying a delicious fish dinner. These Lenten meals are the primary fundraiser for the Council and nearly all the money raised is used in support of our parish. Without your participation, the council will not have the funds to aid the parish in the coming year. The Knights ask the chefs & bakers of the parish to provide cakes, pies, and cookies to be served as desserts. Many of those attending our fish fries look forward to the delicious items provided for desserts each year. The Knights are extremely grateful for those who provide these mouth-watering items every year.

* Week 6 is the Easter Bunny breakfast and Easter egg hunt, more on that soon.
# Please note "all you can eat" does not mean the food is unlimited and guests are expected to consume reasonable amounts of food so that their fellow dinner guests are also able to partake of the dinner.

Five Advance to District Free Throw Contest

Winning contestant with Knight George Medary The Knights of Columbus Council 11188 held their free throw contest on Saturday, February 7 th at Groveport Recreation Center. The Council had eleven participants and five winners, three boys and two girls, were awarded trophies and won the opportunity to advance to the District level completion.  Last year's 9 year old girl winner, Abbey Ransom, made three baskets participating in the 10 year old girl's category.  However, another 10 year old girl made four baskets to win.  Everybody had a great time and enjoyed the friendly competition.Working the registration table assisting a parent

Knights of Columbus Council #11188 Free Throw Contest

The Knights of Columbus, Council #11188 is sponsoring its annual Free Throw Contest on Saturday, February 7 th , from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Groveport Recreational Center, 7370 Groveport Road, Groveport, OH. Boys and girls from the ages of 9 to 14 are eligible to participate for trophy awards. Winners in each category are determined by making the most out of 15 free throw attempts. In addition to receiving trophies, winners are eligible to advance to District Level competition to be held February 21 st . Signups will be open for both boys and girls from 9:00 AM until Noon . The trophy presentation will take place at 12:30 PM. Up to twelve trophies (one per age group and gender) will be given away. This competition is open to the public and there is no cost to participate. Parents of the participants are encouraged to be present (parents not present must sign a permission form) and proof of age is required (bring a copy of your birth certificate or similar) in order to advance.  Questions can be answered by contacting Mike Jacobs at 614-271-6722.
