And cool it is! We hope you like the new web site for Church of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Columbus, Ohio. We'll be adding more features and more information as we go along. If something is missing, let us know! If something needs changed or doesn't work just drop us a note.

The site offers a variety of features for the use of visitors and members of the parish:

  • Discussion Areas (both public and private:  each church ministry may choose to have it's own area)
  • Landing pages (home pages) and e-mail support for each church ministry or group
  • Many types of content including static pages, news stories, books (linked or sequential pages), polls, news feeds, Google maps, and more.
  • Support for pictures, audio, and video
  • Newsletters
  • Access levels by role and security level
  • Comment and contact areas for all visitors

This site provides an online home for the parish as well as our outward looking face.  It will only be as good as the parish chooses to make it.  So, if you have news or items of interest, contribute them.  The site is made to be used by anyone who can use a word processor.  So you can do it yourself!

As webmaster, I will be conducting introductory sessions and training for parish members and staff soon.  All leaders of church ministries, small church groups, and service organizations are encouraged to attend as well as any interested parishioner.
