The first Sunday of Advent in 2022 will be Sunday, November 27th. After a tumultuous year, there is comfort to be found when we pause to read, pray, and reflect over the course ofthe Advent season in which believers eagerly anticipate the celebration of Christ’s birth.

Brothers and sisters:You know the time;it is the hour now for youto awake from sleep.For our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed;the night is advanced, the dayis at hand.Let us then throw off the worksof darkness and put on the armor of light;
